PMMG is the result of re-branding The Snoble Media Group and combination of forces with Pro Mix Audio and Lighting.

Snoble Media was founded in 1999 by award winning multimedia and AV producer, David Snoble. Mr. Snoble's career highlights span the globe in areas ranging from radio, television, music production, remix production, audio/video/lighting production, laser show design, web and branding design. He has served in management and executive level roles at Clear Channel Communications and ABC Radio/Disney and was named one of The Top 30 Under 30 in Radio by Edison Media Research in 2008. Snoble's walls are covered in gold and platinum records for his affiliations and work in the music industry as well as many awards and press clippings highlighting his works in the online media space. He has been quoted in numerous publications such as Rolling Stone, Billboard Magazine, Radio Ink and Radio & Records. Mr. Snoble also serves in advisory roles to many non-profit organizations to guide their AV, web and branding. Mr. Snoble is a graduate of Columbia College in Chicago. 

Pro-Mix Audio and Lighting was founded in 1992 by Michael A. Klancnik. Pro-Mix was created as the first retail outlet catering specifically to disc jockeys, night clubs and other entertainment venues. Prior to opening Pro Mix Audio and Lighting, Mr. Klancnik spent 5 years in the radio industry working on-air and in commercial production as well owning and operating (and eventually selling) a successful multi-op, multi-state entertainment company that is still considered the "benchmark" on which many entertainment businesses are still modeled. Over the years Pro Mix Audio and Lighting has become the place to shop when seeking professional audio and lighting equipment and has evolved to fit the needs of the industry by expanding to also feature a large inventory of rental equipment. Mike Klancnik's vast knowledge of business concepts, production techniques and creativity have been tapped over the years by local entrepreneurs, and he has been instrumental during the formation of quite a few successful Chicago area businesses - some growing to the very top of their fields.   Mr. Klancnik is also an accomplished professional voiceover artist and sports announcer serving as the voice of many Chicago-area sports teams such as The Chicago Slaughter, The Chicago Hounds, and the Chicago Bliss.  Mr. Klancnik is a 1986 graduate of The University of Iowa, where he majored in Communications - Broadcasting & Film.
